Pickleback Cocktail

2 servings

In an appropriately sized vessel

• 5 oz whiskey
• 3 oz pickle juice
• 2 oz lime juice
• 1.5 oz simple syrup

1. Stir all ingredients together and pour into two glasses over ice.

Notes

Make sure you’re using dill pickle juice. Our experiment with using bread and butter pickles was less appetizing.
